If your TUE application is rejected following a review by the UK Sport TUE Committee, you are entitled to appeal this decision.
Any athlete looking to appeal a decision made by UK Sport must lodge written notice of the appeal to UK Sport within fourteen (14) days of receiving the declined TUE decision. The athlete should specify the grounds of the appeal and submit any further evidence in support of the application.

If the appeal is unsuccessful, the athlete has the right to further appeal to WADA.
If WADA reverses an initial decision to grant a TUE or upholds the decline of a TUE then you, or the Anti-Doping Organisation that made the initial decision, can appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for a final decision.
