By signing the athlete declaration on the TUE application form, the applicant authorises the release of personal medical information to the Anti-Doping Organisation reviewing the application, as well as to WADA staff and the WADA TUE Committee.

All TUE applications will be handled by UK Sport in strict confidence and in accordance with current Data Protection Laws.
